Mark and Karen Whitley – Owners
Mark started the company in 1976 as a custodial business and later added carpet cleaning and water restoration. As a natural transition he added floor covering sales and installation. Mark holds the status of "Master Cleaner" with the IICRC in carpet cleaning and restoration services.
Karen joined Mark in the business in 1997 as a marketing and sales associate. She later obtained her certification in interior decorating and works on the sales floor assisting customers with design and color selections.
Dennis Chamberlain – Sales Representative
Dennis joined The Floor Pavilion in 2001 as a Senior Sales Associate. Dennis has over 20 years in the flooring industry and has earned numerous certifications such as the Carpet & Rug Institute's Seal of Approval in Industry Installation Standards, and certification from DuPont Stainmaster in carpet sales, services and quality training.
